    Excitement. A breathtaking journey. Deceit. Anger. Hope. Space and planets. Political twists. This book intertwines science fiction with a dash of romance. Alix is strong yet vulnerable—this draws you to the character. She’s undergone much heartache, and her life experiences have molded her into the woman she is today. Nickal is pompous, and in his own way wants to enslave Alix. This story will have you rooting for the good guy and crying for the underdog. This was a wonderful story.
